01 / LIGHTING

LED Strip Lights

Add light to the space beneath the roof and give the pergola a welcoming presence after sunset. The supplied images show strip lighting along the roof blades and around the inner perimeter.

DESIGN & FUNCTION

Light across the roof or around the frame.

Blade-aligned strips bring a repeated line of light across the ceiling. Perimeter lighting outlines the outdoor room. Choose the arrangement around seating, dining and the desired evening atmosphere.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Agree the lighting and electrical layout.

Confirm compatible mounting positions, strip length, light colour, controls, power supply and cable routing with the chosen pergola. Final electrical components and connections should follow the approved lighting specification.

USE & CARE

Use the specified controls and keep fittings clean.

Operate the lights with the supplied controls. Follow the fixture cleaning instructions and have damaged wiring or lighting components checked by the responsible electrician.

02 / ADJUSTABLE SCREENING

Roller Blinds

Change the openness of the pergola with fabric screening that lowers along the sides. Raise the blinds for an open outlook or lower selected sides to filter light and views.

DESIGN & FUNCTION

Adjust shade and privacy by side.

Retractable fabric lets you vary the screened area without permanently closing the opening. Plan which sides need screening around the sun direction, neighbouring views and the furniture layout.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Measure each opening and confirm operation.

Agree opening width and height, fabric choice, guide arrangement and manual or motorised operation where available. Coordinate the blind cassette and side guides with beams, posts and door openings.

USE & CARE

Keep the guides and fabric clear.

Keep furniture away from the moving fabric and guides. Do not force an obstructed blind. Follow the supplied operating, wind and cleaning guidance for the selected blind system.

03 / FRAMED GLASS ENCLOSURES

Sliding Glass Doors

Aluminium-framed sliding glass panels give pergola openings a defined edge while preserving views through the enclosure. Sliding leaves provide access without a swinging door arc.

DESIGN & FUNCTION

A framed opening with a clear outlook.

The visible perimeter and vertical frames coordinate with the pergola structure. Panels can be arranged to create a glazed boundary while retaining a sliding access opening.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Coordinate the frame, track and opening.

Confirm panel count, opening direction, glass specification, track layout and usable clear opening. Review the threshold, drainage interface and fixing surfaces with the installer before finalising the enclosure.

USE & CARE

Slide smoothly and keep tracks clean.

Remove accessible grit and leaves from the tracks. Operate panels using their intended handles without forcing them. Clean glass and frame surfaces using the methods specified for the supplied system.

04 / MINIMAL GLASS ENCLOSURES

Frameless Sliding Glass Doors

Glass panels with minimal visible vertical framing create a lighter enclosure around the pergola. Top and bottom tracks guide the sliding panels while keeping the view through the opening visually continuous.

DESIGN & FUNCTION

More view, fewer visible vertical members.

The glass edges reduce the visual divisions between panels. This arrangement suits a pergola where the garden outlook and a restrained architectural appearance are priorities.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Review panel edges and track interfaces.

Confirm glass type and thickness, panel sizes, opening direction, handles and retaining hardware. Agree top and bottom tracks, clearances and supporting surfaces for the chosen system.

USE & CARE

Protect glass edges and moving parts.

Keep the panel travel clear and avoid impact to exposed glass edges. Clean the glass gently and keep tracks free of debris. Follow the supplied operating instructions and report damaged glass or fittings.

05 / PATTERNED SIDE PANELS

Decorative Screens

Patterned panels add a decorative layer to the pergola and filter selected views. The supplied examples show geometric and leaf motifs used as side panels within the frame.

DESIGN & FUNCTION

A patterned edge with light and openness.

Cut-out designs bring a recognisable visual character and create changing shadows around the seating area. The pattern and open areas determine how much of the view remains visible.

PLAN THE DETAILS

Choose the pattern and supporting details.

Confirm panel material, pattern, dimensions and finish, then coordinate the supporting frame and fixing positions with the pergola. Discuss the degree of screening required for each side.

USE & CARE

Clean the pattern and inspect the fixings.

Clean accessible faces and cut-outs with the method recommended for the selected material and finish. Check supports and fasteners periodically. Keep added loads and attachments within the agreed design.

ACCESSORY QUESTIONS

A clearer starting point.

Which pergola configurations can the accessories be selected for?

Configuration: Freestanding or Wall Mounted. Select accessories for the actual pergola model, support layout and opening dimensions, then confirm the compatible components and operating arrangements.

Which accessories are available?

The five types presented here are LED Strip Lights, Roller Blinds, Sliding Glass Doors, Frameless Sliding Glass Doors and Decorative Screens. Confirm the compatible options for your pergola model.

Can different accessories be combined?

Plan lighting and side treatments as one package. Different sides may use different treatments where the selected pergola, dimensions and component interfaces allow. Confirm the combination and included parts with our team.

What is the difference between framed and frameless sliding glass doors?

The framed option has visible aluminium members around the glass panels. The frameless option minimises visible vertical framing and uses top and bottom tracks with the specified glass and hardware. Both need a project-specific panel and opening layout.

What information is needed for an accessory quotation?

Provide the pergola model, opening dimensions, accessories required on each side, lighting layout, finish, quantity and destination. Include drawings or photographs, and identify the required operating arrangements.

Are the accessories included with every pergola?

Accessories are selected separately as part of the agreed configuration. Confirm the supplied component schedule and installation instructions before ordering; a pictured accessory is not automatically included.
